Terms and Conditions
- If you wish to cancel your TEP Course enrolment, you must request in writing to SKY HSC College no later than seven (7) business days prior to the TEP Course commencement date.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days before it is issued by SKY HSC College and depending on your financial institution it may take up to another 15 business days before it appears in your bank account.
- Refund request will only be considered if it is requested in accordance with the Clause 1 above.
- If you wish to change the day of attendance to another Module/Topic ("Transfer"), you must request in writing no later than five (5) business days prior to the commencement of your original choice of course enrolled.
- Any Transfer requests will only be considered by SKY HSC College if there is availability in the course you wish to transfer to.
- SKY HSC College reserves its right to accept or refuse any Transfer requests at their sole discretion.
- Any difference in the payment required has to be paid in full prior to commencement of the TEP Course and if not paid full, Transfer request will not be accepted.
- The difference in the payment will be refunded if the previous selection of the course price was greater than the current selection, only in the cases where the Transfer request was approved by SKY HSC College prior to the commencement of the TEP Course.
- Even if you are unable to attend your enrolled TEP Course, you will be liable for the full TEP course fee unless you have submitted a request for refund or Transfer that is approved by SKY HSC College.
- SKY may reschedule the date/time of the TEP Course; if the change occurs within the last seven (7) days prior to the TEP Course commencement date, SKY HSC College may offer you a refund, transfer of credit or a placement in an alternative TEP Course (Transfer) subject to availability.
- In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of your enrolled Workshop, SKY HSC College is not liable for your expenses due to the cancellation or rescheduling of the Workshop.
- Once enrolled in SKY HSC College TEP Course, all students are expected to attend all of the scheduled lessons; there will be no refunds, transfer of credits or a placement in an alternative Workshop (or lesson) for any scheduled lessons unattended by the student.
- You must NOT copy, share, sell or distribute any SKY HSC College resources or materials.
- SKY HSC College may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and as such modification shall be effective immediately upon the posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on this website or the notification via your email.
